I have extensive experience dealing with anxiety, depression, chronic mental illness in the schizophrenia, psychotic and bipolar spectrums as well as addiction issues. One of the most valuable parts of my training has been spending 17 years in my own therapy, an invaluable tool that very few others have. True winners get help! I am also fluent in French and Greek.

I specialize in therapy that focuses on increasing your awareness of ways you may unknowingly repeat unhealthy patterns that you learned early in life. Our work, may allow you greater freedom from your past and thus greater choice in how you live today.

We all experience life’s up and downs and generally manage to cope. While growing up, we learn by trial and error and by emulating our loved ones. The problem with this style of learning is that family members inevitably have their own set of challenges and blind spots. We, of course learn the good as well as the bad. What we learn can have a major impact on how we perceive the world and critically shapes the way we think and feel about ourselves. Furhermore, it radically colors our relationship with money and success as well as fundamentally influences how we treat and allow others to treat us.
